At Getiii we offer a fast personalisation service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customised products - produced and delivered globally within just 3 days!

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on when you order your Getiii product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 6-15 days.

Orders placed before 9pm Saturday and Sunday: Expected arrival Wednesday

Orders placed before 9pm Monday: Expected arrival Thursday

Orders placed before 9pm Tuesday: Expected arrival Friday

Orders placed before 9pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Expected arrival Monday

NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to Express delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Getiii is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at contact@popmuch.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.

FULL INSURANCE

Getiii insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, Express will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with Express, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Getiii no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
